Seahawks #1 in turnover differential

IAE, that is a great, and very Carrollovian statistic that actually means something. Winning the turnover battle can offset a lot of errors in other areas.

One of the reasons we were successful this year. Also not letting teams complete 3rd down conversions has been a real surprise and very exciting considering it was a serious weakness for us in the past

Well this season that's entirely true. The Seahawks certainly did ration those turnovers.

That has been the real strength of the defense. They are top five in defensive 3rd down %. Clark and Reed have done a nice job rushing the passer on 3rd downs. Martin has played well in the LEO role on 3rd downs. Back seven have played sound assignment football on 3rd downs.
