McDougald’s yards-per-target score (4.6) is almost identical to (Earl) Thomas’ (4.5) too. They’re also conceding a very similar completion percentage (47.4% for Thomas, 47.5% for McDougald). Diggs’ completion percentage is 50% although his yards per target score is much higher (9.4).
Unsurprisingly the top ranked cornerbacks for passer rating when targeted are Stephon Gilmore (44.1), Tre’Davious White (46.9), Ahkello Witherspoon (48.9), Richard Sherman (52.2) and Jimmy Smith (53.6). Interestingly, Tre Flowers isn’t too far behind at 65.6.
