1) Seattle is now his home. I believe he's moved the whole family there.

Anyway, the NBA is dead to me, and has been for seven seasons now. I don't care if they ever come back. For those that pine for them, I'll root you on, but never again will I be invested in that league.

This is what I took from it as well. When he says 'our Sonics' he means the community's Sonics and he feels a part of the community. That's a good thing.
