Check his Twitter feed.

Today, as usual, he made his weekly visit to the Children's hospital.

This guy is a hero. And every Seahawks fan in the world should be proud of the fact he's our quarterback.

What a class act.

Yup. I've no intent to bring religion into the conversation, but Wilson truly seems to walk the talk. I'm so impressed by this fine human being, and how he approaches things on and off the field

My wife works at Seattle Childrens, and I can say with certainty, that the staff get just as excited as the kids when he shows up. :D

If I worked there i'd probably be stiff arming the kids out of the way just to get a bro hug from #3.

I have been a fan for as long as I can remember and IMO Russel Wilson is gonna be regarded as the best QB Seattle has had both on and off the field.

I recall an interview last year, i believe with Softy, with the following paraphrased exchange:

Softy: From the background noise it sounds like you're in a car. Where are you headed?

RW: I'm on my way to Childrens Hospital to read to the kids there

Softy: Of course that's what you're doing

Touching and hilarious at the same time.

By the time its all said and done, he might end up the best athlete Seattle's ever had, totally serious about that too.

The fact that RW is a superb Qb is icing on the cake. He is a better human and man.
