Russ is likely already out as starter of the Giants and they would likely keep Winston behind Dart. I expect he will be traded or released in the coming weeks. What will happen with him after that? Who here wants a homecoming?

Russ will probably be given another chance but it seems that he has to show more in the coming weeks.

What, so he can come back and lose at least as much as Geno and Sam while taking twice the number of sacks?

NY media shows no mercy so this is a bad pairing indeed.

In fairness though RW did say in that clip that they failed to capitalize in the red zone activities and that was the difference in the game which is true.

As annoyed as I am with our loss today, at least ME3 is the gift that keeps on giving. I imagine Geno will start coming back down to earth very soon too. Double the fun!

Some here would welcome him back with open arms...maybe the season tix holders wouldn't sell out to opposing team fans if their hero is back.

Nobody wants to hear that smarmy cliche shyt out of RW now, especially New Yorkers. He ended up in about the most merciless place he could with the shortest possible leash. 10, 9, 8, 7...

This is why it's such a perfect fit for Russell. His attitude is going to have all their fans lose their minds without it affecting him in the slightest.

Saw part of the Giants-Commanders game yesterday. Russ was terrible, but no one would have been good behind that offensive line. Their loss was not on Russ. The Giants went 3-14 last year and only replaced the QB this year. Why did they think it was going to be any different?

Daniel Jones in fairness might be vindicated because he looked competent behind a very nice OL in front of him and a nice diverse skill set group on the Colts offense. It is early but it looks like Jones might be a serviceable QB for the Colts over the long haul.

Yes, you wonder if Jones is this year's Baker Mayfield or this year's Sam Darnold.

Yeah. I was surprised that the Vikes let Jones go and put everything on their rookie QB in a division with GB, the Lions, and the possible up and coming Bears. That was a helluva insurance policy to lose. Just MO.
