The Seattle Team shop (the one at 1029 Occidental) as opposed to the Pro Shop at the Stadium, seems to get piss poor customer service reviews.

Back on the original topic of websites, using the .net Fanatics link found here - viewtopic.php?f=2&t=92543 will help support the site. Of course, I'm slightly biased in their favor as they do free shipping to the UK if you spend enough, which beats having to get stuff mailed over from Kansas which is what I had to do the first time I bought Hawk's gear.

I have brought from Fanatics before, and next time will be sure to use that link.

Just the teamshop has this one sweatshirt which fanatics doesn't have and I really like it!

The customer service reviews I saw where for the physical shop, I didn't see anything regarding customer service when shopping through the website.

Both the physical store and website are LIDS affiliated, the website appears to run through LIDS central customer service though.

One solution might be to try your local LIDS store and see if they can get one in for you?

Both Seattle Team Shop and Sodo Sports next door owned by same person/persons. Those bad reviews are well deserved imho.

I've kind of sworn them off at this point. I'll walk over the the real Pro Shop and get whatever I want.

I use football fanatics but being from the UK we get hit with hefty charges all of this cost me like $350 worth of customs charges it really sucks.
