I think both Rawls and Graham are PUP'd until week 8. Just smoke and mirrors when they say they are ready to go.

Don't think so. Both were taken off PUP over a week ago. Can't be PUP in the reg season unless on PUP for all of camp.

With regard to Rawls, I'm not surprised he's not playing the preseason and I feel fine about his prospects to play in game 1 until Carroll says otherwise. All indications seem to be that he is doing well in practice and I haven't heard anything about any setbacks.

Graham on the other hand, I think at this point is going to miss a few games.

He is retired, he will not be playing. There are numerous articles here and elsewhere that have talked about this.
