Well that opens the door for control freak Head Coaches, both Mr Bill and Pete want total control, so lets see what happens there now, both could be in play with Brady there and both coaches respect for Al Davis on record.

Hmm...my theory about Ben Johnson going to Dallas doesn't look like it's gonna be a reality. But with this news, I think he might go to Vegas. From what I've heard, (not certain it's true) BJ wants a GM of his choosing, and the Raiders are now the only team that has an opening for both a HC & a GM. A high-scoring offense in Vegas? I'm sure the league execs are trying their best to hide their excitement.
