Wow! That salary is laughably ridiculous. You're talking about the nation's top cheerleaders, in a billion dollar sport. $50,000- $70,000+ a year would not be unreasonable. I hope they DO get sued, and I hope they get sued up the yin-yang. That is just plain sad.

The cheerleading gig was simply a marketing tool. She made $750 per hr modeling and averaged 10 hrs per week. She put us both through college (yes, I paid her back....about 1000 x over, lol).

All I'm sure hoping to move on to bigger and better things. About the only one I know about had to leave the squad and jump out into the real world. Happily it worked for her.

She became one of the hottest models on business shows and the internet. She now has a steady gig on The Price is Right.
