I honestly don't think it's completely out of line. Skattebo will most likely make a better FB (something we need) than a RB in the NFL with some nice traits. Pick 50 is a bit rich but that may be where you have to take him to be honest. It sounds absurd until you look at it big picture depending on what they view him as. Do I want him on the Seahawks? No, but I don't think it's as crazy as it sounds. Is this a joke?
Skattebo is probably fifth round or later. I'm not against taking him, but second round is lunacy.I honestly don't think it's completely out of line. I've kind of seen him all over. I agree with position being a FB and how deep RB is, I don't think he should go before 5th as well but from what I've seen it's entirely plausible.Skattebo is probably fifth round or later. I'm not against taking him, but second round is lunacy.
Put Ewers or Howard in the same draft with the presence of Darnold, Lock and Howell, who will teams pick? There's already a Milroe thread, so why not? I can't see us taking Milroe, but I could definitely see us taking Ewers or Howard. I heard that Schneider has spoken glowingly of Ewers in the past. Keep an eye on these two cats in the second round.
I don’t know if you have seen the show, depending on the QB he will be a drill sergeant with the QBs that Gruden thinks can handle it and won’t cry but be soft with others. With Howard he was coaching hard and handled it very well with plays on the grease board practically comparing him to Peyton Manning with Leonard he asked him how he gets the ball from center Leonard just clapped his handsI think it would have to be. I doubt NFL teams give a crap what Gruden thinks.
We also have Hall and Rhys Plumlee (I know he is recorded as WR but virtuall all his college play was at QB).I am saying none, we now have Darnold, Howell and Lock here, someone is leaving I would bet, but no drafted QB's will fit in that room still after one leaves.
I echo this sentiment.I don’t expect the Seahawks to draft a QB this year.
It won’t at all. Next years class is never a sure thing and GMs don’t operate that way because if you need a QB your team is likely bad and this year may be your last. Now, I do think next years should be better but players fall and “nobodies” May rise. The only way it factors in is teams are less likely to trade next years picks.I wonder how next year's qb class factors into this draft, if at all.
pay closer attention? Not sure what a "JS pick" is, been trying to figure that out for some time now.
It might be wise not to throw that term around this close to draft day, might jinx things. As in, trading down & away from talent and then taking a guy of low need we could have selected a round later.
'Seahawky' must mean short/undersized, smaller school, bit of a project..?
Drew Lock is a textbook smokescreen. My fellow netizens, JS isn’t taking a QB this year.
Book it. Or, would that be un-book it? Maybe de-book it?
