There's already a Milroe thread, so why not? I can't see us taking Milroe, but I could definitely see us taking Ewers or Howard. I heard that Schneider has spoken glowingly of Ewers in the past. Keep an eye on these two cats in the second round.

I'd be content with Ewers in the third. Please no on Howard.

I really don't like this QB class much after Shadeur. I think Gabriel is somewhat intriguing later on. That's basically it. Maybe Shough; I keep meaning to look into him more.

I'm sorry, I really don't want them to draft Dillon Gabriel, personally I'm just done with the sub 6' QB's.
He might turn out to be an effective starter in this league, I just hope it's somewhere else.
I'm all for taking a QB on day 3, but I feel like Darnold is better than anyone we could get in this draft class other than maybe Ward. If Darnold doesn't out perform Geno we have a problem one situation. If added to that, JS doesn't fix the OL, we will be screwed.
This is an important draft, I would think every pick would be given weighty consideration.

You saw more of Will Howard more than any of us I’m assuming. Why don’t you like him at the next level?

All I saw him play in was the playoff games, so I’m very ignorant to him as a draft prospect other than he seemed good in those games

I'm ok if we don't take a QB. If we had Geno still it would force our hand but not so much with Darnold. We don't know what we have with Darnold but it's not as much of a necessity as it was before. I do still think we should go after QB of the future soon, and maybe there is a guy in this draft worth grooming but if there isn't I don't want them to force the issue when we can fill other holes. I really don't want them to trade up to the early 2nd where it sounds like a run will start just to draft one of these guys. I think there are capable starters to be had but nothing special. Two Months ago, I felt differently.

I just hope we don't force the issue, if a real potential QB falls take a flyer, we have a starter and a back up, no need to waste a pick on a flyer type player at this point. Next years class has to be better, we have not had a golden class of QB's in a while now.

Howard at 92. Whipped the Ducks. Won the championship vs Notredame.
It's a boom or bust pick. Gruden wonders why he isn't rated highly. Compared him to Josh Allen.
I have afeeling they like our current backup...I'm like why? He came in not able or ready to play when Geno went down.
Man Howard has great size, can really chuck the rock. He averaged 12.3 yards vs Oregon.
I'm in favor of doubling down on qbs.

Howard at 92, I wouldn't hate it.
I'm starting to warm up to Howard & Leonard. I think we should select a QB somewhere mid to late in this draft.

This is my favorite QB class in a long time. I think there's more than half a dozen guys that could be succesful if they land in the right place. And I think they're not all going to be overdrafted. I'm a yes on Howard and Ewers and Shough. I also like Rourke, Cook, McCord, Leonard, and Brosmer later in the draft. Cook reminds me of Brock Purdy. I haven't made up my mind about Milroe. I think he'll need to sit for a minimum of two years.

I pass on the Sanders circus in any round. No thanks. I don't think Deion or Shedeur are bad dudes or anything, I just don't see them being stoked about being in the PNW.

Due to Howard’s appearance on Jon Gruden’s Qb Camp show there has been a big push for Howard this may be all sports media and mock drafter driven

I think it would have to be. I doubt NFL teams give a crap what Gruden thinks.

I personally think Will Howard is pretty underrated, but I doubt he goes in the first round.

I think you could make a case for Ewers, but Howard is not an NFL QB. He'll be out of the league in 3 years.
