Predict the 2017 Hawks Opener...

Rumor has the Falcons getting the Sunday Night Game. Maybe they put them on the road against the Hawks, but I'm guessing it's a non-marquee away game. I could see it being the Jags. Rams a good possibility too.

Rumor is Atlanta gets priority treatment for their first home opener in the new stadium. Think about it.....the NFL owners are all about the $$$$$ and other owners building beautiful stadiums. Atlanta is the first show boat. They are not going to screw that up, or at least they are not going to on purpose.

The schedule will include Week 1: Atlanta's new beauty. (well, if it's done on time.....they keep moving the date).

I'm going with AT RAMS in the opener, Sunday Night Football.

Sorry OP, Seahawks-Rams on SNF to open the year has a negative 3000% chance of happening.

I'm going to say we start the year at 10AM in Nashville. Much to .NET's delight.

Yep. And USC has their first 3 at home.

The Mariners are at Safeco Weeks 1 and 3 of the NFL season.

So either we open the year on MNF at home in Week 1.. or we're likely on the road to start

That game sucked, brutal hot and they made them wear the blue jerseys etc. They had no business losing that game. If I remember right, it was the year they made the Super Bowl for the first time, so there is that.

Just heard a couple of schedule leaks from Shadow.
It's always interesting when schedule links come out, and then seeing how accurate they are after the fact.
Many I saw last year were pretty accurate.

I like it. We have to play them on the road anyway, week 1 is weird for both teams, the Packers start slow, and it's not November - January. Think Pete can get them pumped and jacked for it.
