There's two ways to go about this...

Just to win the division:

Seahawks: Wilson (cripples SEA, competition with Kaep, cheap contract)
Arizona: Fitzgerald (best WR in the division, expensive contract though)
Rams: Long (their front 7 takes a huge it)

To improve our team:

Seahawks: Sherman (better than any of or CB, I went back and forth with him or Kam Chancellor, reason being the drop off from Thomas to Reid is less than Chancellor to Whitner)
Arizona: Patrick Peterson (young, emerging CB with return skills to pair with Sherman and our front 7, Fitz is older and more expensive)
Rams: Long (push Justin into the NT position with Long and McDonald as an amazing front 3)

Whaaa? The drop off from Thomas to almost every other safety in the league is significant and not only Seahawk fans feel that way. I think you're giving Chancellor too much credit and Whitner too little credit. Maybe Reid proves that he is close to Thomas but until he plays....

on topic:

Rams: Chris Long, we need pass rush and the guy is just a freak.
Cards: I'm having a hard time here. I wanna go Peterson but I don't know if his skillset translates to what we do on defense, so I'll go with Campbell because having a dominant D-line with our current secondary would be better than our current d-line with Peterson added to our secondary.
Niners:I think the only position groups that the Niners are better than us at is at guard, LB, and TE. But I'm gonna continue with my theme and go with Aldon Smith. I don't think Smith is as good as his stats say he is but I think the Niners do a great job of setting up to allow him to get his stats. I feel Carroll could find a way to do something similar and probably have him play the Leo role.

Basically the biggest weakness on the Hawks is pass rush and I would stack as much as I could possibly get.

RAMS - Jared Cook, Given our problems at TE.

49ERS - Justin Smith, He maybe 33yrs old, but he is an outright Stud!

CARDS - Patrick Peterson, BB is good, but imagine Sherman and Peterson out there together. Wow!

This is assuming only to improve our team and not cripple the other.
