The Seahawks can't get the #7 seed. If the Rams beat the Cardinals they win the division. If the Seahawks finish 10-7 they can't beat the Commanders head-to-head because of the conference record. If the Seahawks, Commanders, and 1 team from the NFC South are tied at 10-7 the NFC South team, (either Buccaneers or Falcons) win the tie-breaker for the #7 seed. It's win the division or bust for the Seahawks.
