That scouting report comes from people who have watched him a great deal more than you have, trust me. I do see the slow-off-the-line thing in his tape, and the fact that multiple reports agree on it is pretty telling.
That said, there's nothing in the negatives (other than injury) that can't be addressed with training and coaching. Like someone said earlier, too fast downfield for LB's and too big for DB's. He could be a first-down magnet like Kelce and Gronk if his knees pan out.
The draft was fine. We don't need to spin every pick into something unsupported by reality in order to make ourselves feel better over the offseason.
