This has a few tidbits I haven’t heard about before, and I’ve read a LOT about Pete over the last 22 years. Good insight from Tater and Hass too.

We can certainly debate Pete's X's and O's acumen, but IMO there's no debating he's the greatest human motivator in NFL history, and probably college as well.

To be 70 something and still successfully dissecting himself to figure out how to not only relate to everyone around him regardless of personal backgrounds and tempermants to cohesively put together winning program after winning program is utterly remarkable.

I also found it interesting how he watched a pro practice and gleaned coaching ideas from it that he used to help coach CBs - despite not being able to hear what they were saying.
