Nothing groundbreaking so far....early on it's mostly praise for how well our guys played Monday Night.

Asked about Percy and he said that Percy had a "procedure" last week but the trainers told him that Harvin is feeling really good this morning and they are going to "see what happens". Seemed rather positive about the possibility this week. Said he believes Harvin will "pop out" soon. Said it was just a little bit of overdoing it in his first game back and nothing has been re-injured. They plan to wait until Thursday before they even consider a full practice for him

I missed the last 5 minutes of the show, so can't really add any more. If someone else heard anything of interest hopefully they will add it here

TBH the 49ers game scares me because they will probably be trying to injure us/cheap shot us. I would rather have Percy come back for the Giants game in 2 weeks. This game next week isn't a must win and it is pretty much do or die for the 49ers.

We can beat them without Percy anyways, we destroyed them already without him.

When Harvin plays, he plays. I'm over Harvin watch every week.

But you know it will still create a dozen or more threads this week whether we want it to or not. I am kind of hopeful that people will heed Pete's words and not freak out when Harvin is either limited or out of practice on Wednesday and we don't have a hundred posts claiming how big of a bust he is because he didn't practice.

We'll win with Harvin. We'll win without Harvin. At this point, the playbook isn't changing. He'll get plugged into existing plays or he won't. He'll help us on kick returns or he won't. His existence or non-existence is not going to change everything about this team. The team is just too good, too deep.

If he plays, he plays. If he doesn't, he doesn't. I will not base my expectations on this single fact.

And this, IMO, is contributing to the in-fighting we have in this forum. Harvin, at this time, is virtually a non-subject. I feel he has benefitted way too much in way of popularity in Seattle...considering what he has returned to Seattle. There's posters that would like to rid us of Tate, to keep Harvin. For me it's irritating. I'd prefer to celebrate the greatness of our contributing players than constantly turn Harvin into part of Seahawk folklore. Until he is worthy of such constant attention, I feel our guys should be the ones getting that attention. Even the most unselfish Hawk would likely agree.

HawkWoW,

Don't put words in my mouth if you're in fact insinuating my post in the Random Thoughts thread... I never said I wanted to get rid of Tate did I?
