My take on over all Draft

The league has taken notice, teams are drafting for two things, bigger and faster first, Saints in a story quoted as trying to emulate us after getting beat and seeing how we do first hand with our secondary.

Also they seen how we stomped Peyton in the AFC and are going all out to bring nasty back to the AFC on defense as a way to equalize his release time. Hit them hard so they are thinking about themselves instead of the ball.

49ers seemed to draft to specifically counter what we are doing as well as take on some of our characteristics.

It sure seems like the teams close to us (NFCW, Saints, Packers) are both emulating us a bit and trying to figure out how to beat us. Ahhh, it's good to be the king.

That's good for them. One thing they will never have, however, is Pete Carroll. Nor do they have a John Schnieder, who has an incredible way of finding absolute beasts that fit perfectly into Carroll's system later in the draft and in UDFA.

So they can draft bigger and faster, but they can't do what the Hawks do.

Usually one day after the final round I am either hopeful or pissed . This year didn't speak to me one way or the other.
