-- Yes the refs blew some major bad calls. Like SBXL*, I think the Seahawks still had their chances to overcome those calls but did not.

-- If we were to play the game "I knew we were going to lose when..." I would finish that sentence with "we kept settling for field goals instead of touchdowns."

-- For as wonderful as it is and incredibly lucky that we are to have Russell Wilson, and no doubt will he take us to the Promised Land, my man seriously needs to work on those overthrows.

-- I too saw on replays several times when Wilson had a wide open receiver on some of his running plays. 102 yards rushing by a QB is amazing by any NFL standards but as much as he says he likes to throw first and running is his last option, I feel like he was quick to run on several plays. Designed? Perhaps. Still thought there were some high percentage/high gain throws he left out there.

-- Even the LOB is allowed to have an off day. To me, it makes that chip on their collective shoulders even bigger. First casualty of that effect? Titans next Sunday.

-- Welcome back Bruuuuuuuuuuce!

-- I loved how Jimmy Johnson post game still had nothing but love for the Seahawks. He said to paraphrase that the Seahawks are still one of the best teams in the NFL and they will still win their home games and nobody wants to face Seattle in the playoffs. I loved during halftime how he said that he would never pick against the Seahawks again this year. "Whoever the Seahawks are facing next week, I pick the Seahawks!"

-- That blocked FG for a TD was the true difference in the game.

-- Andrew Luck and Russell Wilson are as advertised, period.

-- How about some props for our M*A*S*H OL? That being the major story line pre game, they came to play and Cable had those boys prepared. Props!

-- If you would have told me both RW and Lynch run for over 100 yards I would have definitely assumed a victory.

-- Very glad my daughter was not at home today. A few choice F Bombs could be heard loud and clear in the Aros Household.

-- Looking forward to that first away game blow out. My poor ticker can't take much more of these Heart Attack games on the road!

-- Keep your chins up, 12. We're 4-1 and soon to be 5-1. Book it.

Great post, we are 4-1 and still barely being beat on the road. Wilson and crew will use this to push themselves even harder. Go Hawks!

I'm of glad the "undefeated" monkey is off our back. The Colts got lucky on this one but they did provide some of their own luck through their play.

The OPI against Tate was bogus but what are you going to do?

Great post. I feel a little better.

Hawks needed to be better today, and unfortunately they weren't. And it sucks that the officiating was so one-sided. Tough to overcome one... Nigh impossible to overcome both.

But I think you're right. Seattle will come out angry next week. Tennessee should be scared right now.

Was pissed. Now I'm calm. The division is still ours for the taking.

Yep. I was thinking that just about every time Haushka trotted onto the field. Hindsight being 20/20, we should have gone for it on that 4th and 1.

Ha! If any personal good comes out of this game for me, it is the realization that I need to dial back the swearing.
Today, I was sounding like a middle schooler playing Call of Duty. Time to dial it back to the days when I had children
in my house.

I am a big supporter of the breast cancer awareness stuff.

But anyone else feel like this pink month kills us? I have bad memories of us losing to the Colts a few years ago wearing pink.

Coincidence that our team gets run over when the pink stuff is thrown up on the uniform? Yeah, it's a coincidence, but it still bugs me.

No way. The big away game against the Giants was during a 'pink game'.

The biggest thing about the pink I can't stand is the FLAG COLOR! Come on NFL! Really? Pink flags?

Fire the dum-dum who thought THAT would be a great idea.

I'm disappointed of course but not bummed. Bring on the Titans and some home cookin.

I agree with Todd; RW has to work on his overthrows. The oline was servicable today (did we only give up 1 sack?), but trading FG for TD's will find you on the losing end more often than not.

Onward....

Breast Cancer Month is an NFL scam to sell more gear.

The Houston win and the 2 10AM starts got to Seattle today. As did their inability to play with any physicality due to bad refereeing. I can't imagin how much of a psychological boost it is to the oppnent and how damaging it is to a defense when the bail out calls happen. But Seattle is too good to stay down long.

A mere blip on the screen of greatness that will be looked back upon as the 2013 season of the Seattle Seahawks.

My daughter (and two boys) being there when I watched with my brother (who is a huge Colts fan) was the only thing keeping me from killing him. I guess I would have regretted that decision in the long run.......I think? LOL

great post tho Aros! The Titans have no idea how brutal Sunday is going to be for them this week. :thirishdrinkers:

The Whiners win doesn't make me feel better tonight but an imminent crushing of the Titans next week certainly does.

Was at the game and there were atleast 3, probably more, times when a pink towel was dropped and the PA announcer said 'and there's a flag on the field.' To which the referees had to announce 'There is no flag on the play'. Yeah we know, just a dropped towel that looks exactly like a damn flag.

I know the idea originated from some 11 year old kid, but the pink flags have got to go. It's a complete disaster.
