This is an official apology. Yesterday I posted a hot take in the Game Chat right after the game. My post was "they didn't deserve the win, but I'll take it! Admittedly it was a poor choice of words. What I meant to say was I was shocked they came out with the win after struggling mightily with the run and against the run, with 6 dropped passes, and with some questionable coaching choices. Yes, anytime a team wins in the NFL no matter what obstacles they have to overcome, they deserve to win the game. Many of you came at me pretty good, deservedly so, and I did fire back a bit a couple of times in the heat of the moment which got me banned for a day. That said, I am not a troll. I just don't post very often and yesterday I should have kept my relative anonymity. Like I said, things sometimes don't get thought through very well in the heat of the moment. Anyways, I sincerely meant no ill will towards the team or you my fellow fans. Again, my apologies for tarnishing what was a fantastic win.

Hey, mid 4th quarter, they looked done. And I thought they were gonna' lose. It happens. And I know I'm not the only one. Sometimes you gotta' just win ugly. Sometimes you win a game you probably should have lost, and vice versa.

Gameday chat is precisely the place to post overreactions while the game is happening. There are more posts that I can count where I was a total douche or had a horrible take but would never take it back because that was my feeling at that exact moment in time.
I wish I had more time to go back and read some of those old threads during games we were getting our asses kicked or when Pete called a ridiculous time out. I'm sure I'd go through a bottle of bourbon and a few cigars while having a ton of laughs.
Solid of you to circle back, but know we are all Hawks fans and although we may disagree, that's the reason this place exists...to shoot the shit and to talk Hawks.

I think an audio and/or video recording of me yesterday would been about as up and down as possible, and quite entertaining. Holy crap, rollercoaster of emotions.
