Mike McDonald is an awesome coach. His leadership and vision is great. I just have one question, who is in charge of the offense? Does Mike really stand back and let Kubiak run everything? The vision of it, is it mikes? Or is it something Mike is trying to create with his offensive coordinator who just happens to be klint at the moment. It just seems a little different for a coach to be so far away from the offensive plan
