I'm not 100% sure, but I think NFL rules consider it a lateral move still since he's the OC on paper. So, depending on his contract status, KC would have to allow it.I had asked this question in another thread. Does anyone know if it would be considered a lateral move for Nagy to come here as an OC if he would get to call plays here (which he is not doing currently as the OC in KC)? I'd even take Schotty back over many of these names that are being thrown around.
I doubt it too. But it COULD happen. Nothing is etched in stone, even if it's a longshot.Only if Philly allows it. I doubt they will.
I agree it would be a lateral move. Dallas OC to Sandiego OC to Philly OC. I dont know if it could happen tho. I think it would be interesting to see him build a program maybe. Yes a decent quarterback with coaching aspirations. Kellen may be ok.I doubt it too. But it COULD happen. Nothing it etched in stone, even if it's a longshot.
Out of curiosity, what about Peetz, his resume, makes him appealing?Outside of Peetz, i dont care to hear about any candidate who's only experience is passing game coordinator or qb coach, no matter how hot a candidate they are - not that anyone cares what i think.
I just think we need someone who has been there, is savvy and most importantly isnt a risk of flaming out in his first year on the job.
Don't you know? Anyone who has ever been in the same room with the Almighty McVay is a certified offensive genius.Out of curiosity, what about Peetz, his resume, makes him appealing?
Nothing in particular, other than the fact that he has been in-house for a year, working with Mac and that if in that time, they see him as a candidate, that it means something.Out of curiosity, what about Peetz, his resume, makes him appealing?
Fair enough. The one thing that caught my attention was MM mentioned somewhere that they've known each other for a while. I feel that's important to some degree.Nothing in particular, other than the fact that he has been in-house for a year, working with Mac and that if in that time, they see him as a candidate, that it means something.

Schneider is unparalleled when it comes to building talented rosters as he’s collected a Lombardi from both Green Bay and Seattle from his sole acquisitions. He’s got more contacts league wide than other GM bar none…. I’d bet my left nut on it. We have the 3rd youngest roster in the league and a 10 win team that easily could’ve been a 12 win team if Myers makes 2 PAT’s. Your opinion about JS is unique as not many Hawk fans share your disdain. Mickey Loomis might have more contacts but his are dried up and fruitlessMaybe Schneider can poach eggs
