Yep. Baseball is a trip. You lose game you have no business losing, and vice versa. Sadly, this team has a bunch of 1 run losses. At least they're flipping that a little now.

Nice short handed win. Did they say how long Emerson is out for?

Saw Cal Raleigh hit a grand slam in AAA and a home run. Hopefully he is feeling good and has his mojo back.

Logan went 6 full innings, gave up 1 run on 3 hits, and retired the final 14 batters he faced in a row. Any team in baseball would be damn happy to get that outing from any starting pitcher in baseball.

But of course, none of that matters because his pitch count got pretty high early on.

The obsession with pitch count over all else is absolutely bizarre.
Logan did great

Last night was the funnest game all year. I don’t care that we almost blew it. We didn’t. We geared down and plowed through and it was awesome! Way to go Davil. And Ryan bliss shoulda got a game ball and the post game interview. I remember last year after an early hot streak thinking, is this the best team in baseball? Then we had the rest of the ups and downs and ups again. I think as mariner fans we just need to stop thinking we can relax. Being a fan of this team requires hard work and diligence. World Series or Bust!!

Its crazy that despite some of our challenges with injuries and the bullpen and a slow start that the rest of the AL west teams have been flat out bad. The Rangers and A's keep stumbling and the Astros and Angels are terrible. I'd still like to build up as big a lead as possible in the division just incase someone in the division gets hot or goes on a streak. Surely Houston can't stay as bad?

I'll take a lucky win any time. We've given away so many games this year. Nice to steal one. We had no business winning last night. And I don't give a rip. W
I didn't wanna' believe it at first, but if that dirt doesn't pop up on that Wisdom throw, he sure looks safe. LOVED seeing how pissed off the fans and players were.
It felt like his fingers were above the plate and his palm got there just late. But the dirt made it definitely so it had to be ruled an out

Yeah, those last 2 innings were a blast. Like laughing as it's happening blast. Not only was that one hell of a scoop on the short hop, throwing it to avoid the runner, impressive.

I just picked up the show 26' on disc for PS 5. I hope it's a good baseball game

I'm not sure where to put this, so I'm just going to put it here.

The leap from last season to this season is astounding. We're nearly 70 games in, and Hancock is legitimately one of the best SP in the league this year.

Crazy the leap made. I thought he was going to become another Matt Brash relief style pitcher.
