Kidhawk picked up on what I meant - any Lynch announcement won't be public until it's necessary. Other teams are best left in the dark while they are building their teams during the off season.

Lynch is not dumb, the best way to get Bevel to force the ball his way next year is to remind the entire staff to get him the ball. This has happened before, just in smaller, less public ways.
