It's not a big deal when a receiver leaves the huddle early, it's actually quite common. Once the play is relayed, they leave as they have further to go to get into position and they do not go on a count, they go on movement. The rest of the team goes on a count; therefore, stays longer in the huddle to find out what count they are going on.
