I never realized the entire play was called back for holding.

Right up there with Beast Quake as the most memorable play in Seahawks history. Never get tired of watching it.

I don't either. I was at that game. Today though they would have throw a flag on Largent for a hit to a defenseless player.

I was at that game...(my lucky day because a friend couldn't use his tickets so he asked if we wanted them). I hadn't been to very many games back then, but I remember having a great time at the king dome, drove home in my 84 Jetta, ran in the house and rewound the VCR tape, fast forwarded through the Jack Roberts commercials and watched that hit a few times. I still love seeing it.

I'll never forget it. Especially since Largent had gotten jacked up pretty good previously by Harden. The Broncos thought they were so big and bad. Take 180 lbs of white lightning to the chin!

I remember watching that play as a teen at my buddy's house. His dad was a huge Broncos fan. Holy crap was it nice to watch that after their crap talking before the game!

It's mandatory viewing weekly for life.
Ya don't have to be huge to hit.
Golden Tate obviously watches.

I forgot how ridiculous the shoulder pads looked back in the day.....
A lot of safeties wore the wide shoulder pads in the day. Our own Kenny Easley did as well.

I don't see the big deal here. I feel like we see this type of hit every week now.

It's still cool, but I don't see how it even compares to the Beast Quake.
