There is a difference between BEING wronged (SB XL) and the media beating it into you, convincing you that you were.
No, it's just different laundry. The Packers WERE wronged in that game, but not because of the simultaneous catch thing. Golden Tate committed OPI on that play, and everyone missed it.
Every time there is a controversy with officials, I guarantee you that each side can present compelling arguments about why they were right. It's just a matter of which colors you fly.
The real difference in the GB/SEA game and SB XL is that the SB was the biggest game of the year while the GB/SEA game was just a Week 3 deal.
The Golden Tate PI is ALWAYS overlooked, "real" refs or not, on a Hail Mary.
Nobody paid any attention to the late hit on Russell Wilson during that play either.
