Does anyone really think we won this Super Bowl because of all the supporting coaches?

They played an important role, sure. Screen game doesn't come alive if the offensive staff doesn't make it happen. JSN doesn't have a record type season if you have bad passing game coordinators.

Lions offense, even with all that talent, regressed after losing their offensive coaches.

Eagles offense was horrible after losing their offensive coaches.

On the other hand, we improved significantly after we got rid of Grubb.

Losing Kubiak, Janocko and now Dennison isn't ideal. Good coaching matters.

Every one of these people want to progress their career and being able to turn around a horrible team gives them a great opportunity for that resume vs staying on a team that is more likely to go down than up having just won the SB.
