Doesn't make it right. Just because they call it that way. That is just the way it is. Just like I don't like the fact that a running back can shove a face mask (during stiff arm) and not get called. IMHO

Looked like they both made contact with each other. Should have been a no call.

Nah. it was legit. That will be called on D every time. Kam caught a bit flat footed and Rudolph took advantage. We'd want that call too.

Not every time. See just last week when Fitz ran into Earl on Lane's INT.

Rudolph runs straight into him to pick him, Kam grabs his arm, and Rudolph pushes off. To call this only on this defensive player, who is being run over, is despicable.

It wasn't PI. Rudolph ran straight into Kam and never even looked for the ball. At least Kam was facing the ball the whole time. What is he supposed to do? Move out of the way when the TE runs straight at him?

A call like that is ONLY made on Seattle in that situation just complete and total BS call. Seriously the dude just runs a straight line directly into Kam and gets rewarded with a PI that handed them the game nothing was earned from that offensive player it was just a cheap call to bailout the home team. There's contact on every play like that the Vikings had hands on our WR's the entire game thankfully the football Gods had our back.

SMH at the people who think it was PI.

That was a total "draw a PI" play by Rudolph and he got it, but make no mistake about it, contact was only made because the TE initiated it. That kind of weak pansy call by a ref ruins games.

As another poster said, what was Kam supposed to do, jump out of the way?

One way to think about it...if Rudolph was the defender and Kam the receiver who is the Penalty on?

It's a tough call. Obviously I didn't like it, but if that was a Seahawk running that route I probably would want a flag on that play.

That's one of those plays where if you show it to 50 Seahawk fans, 90% say no penalty. You show it to 50 Viking fans and 90% say PI.

His heels because he was basically stationary. He was run into. How is that his PI. Just because he didn't do what he was supposed to does not forgive the fact he was run into.

Kam has a right to the space he's occupying... the receiver cant just run threw a player because thats where he wants to go.

Just let the players play.... whether you agree or not, its the end of a close playoff game, let the players decide the outcome, and not the refs making a call on something highly ticky tack. It's whats wrong with the NFL right now.

Seems like about 98% of the general population disagrees with you.

Since you feel its cut and dry, please explain how Kam possibly could have avoided "PI" there?

Thanks.

It should have been a no-call. There was no way Rudolph could have made a play on the ball. Ref should have kept his hanky in his pocket. Oh well, all's well that ends well.
