Another name to add to our thought McIntosh
Definitely. Man…this dude…when he got in..looked electric. Limited reps and truly had me thinking he was going to get more time based on those limited reps.

I mean…RB out of Georgia…

I suspect he’s the #2 if K9 leaves.

They've been trying to replace the void Lynch left for a number of years....without success. Remember Eddie Lacy, Thomas Rawls, and Chris Carson? Not saying KW9 is Lynch but he's still a very good running back and on the right side of 30 (age-wise) too.

Below are K9s rushing and receiving stats as a Seahawk. The narrative that he is always injured is both lazy and inaccurate. His stats are impressive when one takes into consideration that he basically splits the reps. He is both mostly available and successful.

I see lots of shoutouts for Kenny McIntosh. The same kmac who has spent the better part of his three year career on IR.

If K9 is not resigned, then they essentially go into the next season with a huge question mark regarding anyone they might get not named K9. They know what they have with K9. By not resigning him, their offseason shopping list gets longer. In an offseason with only 4 current draft picks. IMG 6516

The dude has missed 9 games over the last four years despite not having a ton of carries. That isn’t insignificant, it’s only going to get worse as he ages.

Not a huge fan of giving the bag to a RB of k9s caliber.

I'm 100% for re-signing Walker, but the injury concerns are not overstated. Judging health strictly by missed games doesn't take into account the other games he either left injured, or was limited due to injury. I'm hopeful this season wasn't a fluke.

There is going to be some solid RB FA though. Breece Hall is only 24, and had 1000 yds. Rico Dowdle who had back to back 1000 yard seasons, and Javonte Williams.

If walker asks for crazy money I wouldn't mind trying for hall. Might be able to offer the incentive of not having to play for the jets on top of money.

Apparently there's 3 or 4 rb candidates we could try transition tag.

Without reading through the thread this may likely duplicate other opinions but I absolutely LOVE K9. With that said, we don’t want to pay max pay for him. I hope he wants to stay enough not to test the market and go to the highest bidder but with his injury history I’d hate to overpay him right now. I want to keep him at a fair price but I won’t blame him if he takes a fat check elsewhere

I think we sign K9, then Hall as our depth, he is a Jet he has to want a chance and a year or two deal gives us depth, also Charbs may take a season or two to get back to his playing ability. Seems players lose the explosion even when they come back and it takes a full season after you start playing to get that back. We then have trade options if he comes back sooner and the space to make it happen. We are a running team, we need threats. You seen how nobody scared New England when K9 was off the field.

It would be crazy to get two of the top RBs from the same draft class on this team: Walker and Hall.

He blew out his ACL on 1/25/05. He didn't make it back for this years playoffs. How does that make him the better part of his three year career on IR?
