So last night I watched a few minutes of "A Football Life" with Joe Montana. He talked about how in his 2nd year they had a big comeback win and how it gave them confidence for future games in that they never felt like they were out of it. He stated that that win was a catalyst for their success. As I watched that, I thought about last years Chicago game and how the Seahawks have a similar mentality with Russell Wilson that they are never out of a game. Didn't realize that I would get to witness this 12 short hours later. Sometimes you just get to sit back and witness something special.

I actually think this win more than the Chicago win last year will be the solidifying factor for what Montana said to the Hawks.

This win was huge, came back against a better team than Chicago was last year.

The common thing between them was leaders and toughness. Montana had back surgery and was advised to hang it up. He cam back and played post surgery that season. The catch against dallas to Clark was huge For his start to greatness.

Wilson skill wise is all over him. Better arm, running and size. Montana was only 185 , but taller.

Both are great leaders but Wilson will have his statement game or pass that everyone remembers. I for one believes he will get even better.
