I can't believe the Rams traded him away lol. They did get a SB though so I guess it could never be considered a loss of a trade. But still....damn Lions looking like they got a steal at QB.

I think Goff is a good dude, on and off the field. A quiet dude, he needs to take some lessons with Russell Wilson on self promotion.

Not just a Super Bowl, they got a pretty good QB themselves.
I think it was a legit 'win/win' trade scenario for both teams.
As for MVP...? Yeah, I think Goff could be in the running right now. I think we are still a good 3 weeks away from having that discussion in earnest, though, but there is certainly no individual running away with the award.

As long as Lamar Jackson doesn't win it again. He's a glorified running back who can throw a bit. He always fails in the playoffs. He's not a true MVP, people just love to overrate him.

I watched the Lions game on Monday morning whilst I was downloading 3 of the later games. Goff was really good, again. If he'd had an 8/10 performance type of day the Lions would have lost. Off topic rant but f**k the refs for giving the Vikings 1 extra play at the end of that game, and f**k the NFL for not changing timing rules so the refs run around to help offenses.
