After the scathing comments from his own coaches are being confirmed, I'd assume they weren't considering the guy at all.

Not just good for the Eagles, good for Carter. Considering the concerns, I can't think of a better fit for him.

I think they were. Such a position of need and an obvious fit. I think they just were not happy with the character concerns and I don't blame them
