to tear the offense down to the studs. Grubb should be out. He clearly has no feel for or respect for how well NFL players and coaches on defense read/study an offenses tendencies. Everything else should be on the table also.
I think Mcdonald and the defense will solidify things over the next offseason, but they have pull the ripcord on Grubb and get someone in that can stabilize the o-line. Expecting any QB to be successful if your just gonna brazenly go straight drop back passing game, o-line and tipping your pitches be dammed, is insane. It's not remotely sustainable. I bet opposing D coordinators appreciate the week off
