Isn't adam Schefter also the guy that reported that the seahawks were going to trade with the vikings for jared allen?
this is in spite of the fact that the seahawks were stacked with pass rush?
One thing you guys have to keep in mind is that "adam Schefter" is a real reporter but its not like he is on the beat for all this stuff. In many cases false info can flow through sources and go out unchecked before it is retracted. adam could have found out about this the same time you did (other people operating his twitter for him). these reporters don't really report.
There was a brock and salk episode i remember once where players would talk about not being able to report they had signed deals because the agents had to report it to certain big named reporters with ESPN (virtually eliminating anyone getting the scoop).
look for this to be cleaned up within the next few hours and develop into a non-story before the holiday just like the jared allen nonsense and the incognito to the seahawks rumors.
