Is there a team worse at screens in the NFL?

What is it about the Pete Carroll era Seahawks and screens? It's consistently been an issue with the Seahawks.

They’ve been better with screens lately, but are probably still the worst in the league.

Our safeties can't tackle (see Diggs) so blowing up the screen is next to impossible.
