Is our D mostly man or zone?

Tell me if I am wrong but didn't we play mostly zone most of the year or zone-match? Reason I ask is some of the talking heads are talking about how the Pats receivers can have success vs our man D and Maye can run against us.

I am pretty sure during the NFCCG, they made a point on the broadcast to say the Hawks "changed to playing man". Am I wrong in thinking we were more a zone team? I can't see our game plan being mostly man knowing that makes you vulnerable to a running QB

Mainly zone. Teams like the Lambs play zone killer offenses, so we change it up for them and play more man to slow down Puca, etc. Of course, no team is purely one or the other, but we do play mostly zone, which keeps the D-backs eyes in the backfield and on the QB, which will be important against Maye.

I think we have man and zone at the same sometimes. The play we broke up the td to keep the win against the rams, the one mcvay called a broken play, that looked like a combo of zone and man. That wasn’t a broken play either, mcvay scored earlier on that same looking play to the RB and we just didn’t fall for it twice
