That's what I've heard, if we win out we are the #1 seed
I assume the Niners would take the NFC West because they would have the best divisional record of the three teams.Winning out is obvious as it gives us the best record but what I’m curious about is the final game against the Niners and I’ve heard no really good details on this.
Let’s assume for this question that we win all our games going into the final week but the Rams win out including the final week and the Niners win out up to the final week. (For
The purposes of this question I’m going to assume that the Rams play ahead of us and we know they have won)
This puts the Rams at 13-4
Niners at 12-4
Seahawks at 13-3
Now what happens if the Niners win and it’s a three way tie at 13-4?
Another possible scenario is that the Rams lose today, then win out. We lose to the Rams, but otherwise win out.
That leaves a 2-way tie in our division for likely 1st seed, and WC.
I assume the Niners would take the NFC West because they would have the best divisional record of the three teams.
I suspect that three percent difference is the default home field advantage value. It’s also very strange to me.
I just read we have a higher percentage chance of making the playoffs than the Rams.
Us @97%
Rams @94%
How’s that work (since y’all are helping me think)?
YepI was thinking that was possible which makes it likely that if we all
Keep winning that game ends up on Sunday night for not only the division but the conference.
Go Lions you glorious bastards
Nope.You want a Lions win.
If Rams win today, they clinch a playoff spot.
My favorite weird scenario (that I don't want to happen):
If Niners win out and Hawks beat the Rams, Niners win the the NFCW.
There’s still a full quarter of the season to go. I don’t worry about until the final week, maybe two. So much can happen
Absolutely but….
At this stage I’ll take 1pt ugly wins.
I know I’ve been critical of a couple of our wins, but moving forward “just win baby”
No Seahawk fan should EVER root for a division rival with the playoffs on the line. Cmon man. That’s because most Lions fans are Wolverine fans. Just admit it.Nah, I hate the Lions, their fans are insufferable and I can't avoid them where I live. Go Rams. If we take care of our business, it ultimately won't matter what they do anyway.
