LB is such a critical position for this scheme. All the players highlight the importance of trading for Jones and how well he is playing. He's playing the position exactly as you need him to, even if the stats aren't otherworldly. Knight as a rookie too gets his kudos.

Huge couple of games for Williams as well, he's been borderline unlockable in the middle.

Before the season I thought the Defense would be starting to come together about halfway through the season, but I didn't realize it would take midseason trades and replacements for that to happen. They're getting fun to watch, for sure.

Then again, before the season I thought the offense would carry the team up to that midway point and then we'd be a really strong second half team. I'm not seeing that.

Big time progression, and the D absolutely won this game. That throw by Geno was plain ridiculous. ZERO reason to even throw it there. Run the damn ball and get some points. Defense bailed him out, again. We're def. seeing what we thought we would, mid-season, things are starting to gel. Does anyone else miss the departing LB's now? I certainly don't.

There was a post a while back about an X comment Dodson made about not knowing "what happened in Seattle" and why he was traded...I'm wondering if he watches any Seahawks games lately and notices any difference in the D?
