If you would have told me 4-1 after our first 5 games...

I would have signed up for that with no hesitation. Especially considering how banged up this team is right now.

Today was a huge bummer but the sky isn't falling. The only think that really sucks is NO won in Chicago.

This offense is going to be so hard to stop once we get Unger, Giac, Okung, and Percy healthy.

Good thing we are likely getting Unger/Giac back next week in addition to Harvin in a couple weeks cause we are going to need them.

I expect our D to completely clean Tenn clock at home next week against Fitzpatrick.

Missing three starting lineman in road games, against two of the AFC's top five. 1-1 isn't bad at all.

Ever thing that could go wrong today did...
And they still were in it right to the end.
I'm okay with this .
Lots of football left.
Lots of starters will be getting back.
They're fine.

Go Hawks!

Yep. Anyone upset by 4-1 after 3 early road games and the injuries we have had is delusional.

I was proud of the effort today. Hard to win two in a row on the road missing 3 OL starters plus Miller today.

I have never been more satisfied with a loss short of Atlanta. The Hawks are a great football team and they had EVERYTHING going against them and as always they were in the game. Luck hit two really big passes and the Colts were granted 3rd downs over and over again.

The Hawks are not going to be great, they are great. This is a 13-3 team and they are only getting better. I credit Indy for playing good football and taking full advantage of the gifts they were given.

How bout the broadcast crew? ALL over the Colts jock and the Pagano story. Erin Andrews praised the Colts sideline all game and made one comment on the Hawks, a negative one. Kind of comical.

The Saints being 5-0 is why this hurts really bad. I swear to god if the saints go something like 14-2 and we have to play there with a 13-3 Record im going to be pissed as all hell. I would say their homefield is second to ours and I do not want to play at the superdome

I would say Houston and Indy are on Par with the Pats. The Chiefs might be the second best AFC team

4-1 with the titans, cards, rams, and bucs coming up next. There is a very good chance the hawks are 8-1 flowing that stretch

I wasn't expecting an undefeated season and the Colts are a good team. 4-1 is ok. Not happy, but it's ok.

as long as this serves as a wake up call, we need to start playing to our potential across the board. not seeing championship play out of them to date. The good news is were still 4-1. SF and the Tards need to lose today and all will be well.

Agree. I love the "no-quit" in our team especially in our early road games. Good job to Indy- we had them down early and just couldn't take their will to win away. Other than some suspect play calling when we should have been going in for the kill (after the saftey-touchdown) I have no complaints. Yes, there were bad calls but I haven't watched a game all year that didn't have them. Good job to my Seahawks, I am proud of your effort.

Yeah, I would have been (and am) happy with 4-1 after 5 games. 5-0 would have been nicer.

Additionally, going 1-1 on this 2 game road stretch with our O-line as beat up as it is isn't bad at all - especially considering the opponents.

With that said, the team needs to take a hard look at today's game tape and see if they can address their third down issues on both sides of the ball. It really was a disappointing outcome considering the quick lead the team took. And it's understandable that people will be frustrated and emotional after this game, so the posts complaining are no surprise. Some of them are legitimate, and some are silly.

Still, if Seattle had to lose a game this season, I'd say this was the absolute best one to lose. It was on the road to an AFC team. It has zero effect on our tiebreakers and isn't one of those inexplicable games where the team laid an egg against a clearly inferior team. It was a close game with lots of questionable calls (from both the officials and our coaching staff) on the road against a team that is a legitimate playoff contender. Cold comfort, sure, but I find it does help to put a loss into perspective.
