Tell ya what, Boss .......... if the unthinkable happens and you lose your shit, we will set up a Go Fund Me to get you a new one. Nobody should be shitless.
Seriously though, that situation is SO insane. 1 year out of the game ? Sure I can see a guy doing that. But 5 ??? And for him to play well enough to beat Mike's defense is silly. Let's see if he gets signed first . I think the result would be sad, watching a formerly great qb go out looking like a chump.

Fact

Phillip Rivers has been signed to the Colts practice squad. That is still a long ways away from stepping onto the field on Sunday

…Comes out of retirement at 44 for the Colts and beats us at home Sunday I am going to lose my shit.

That is all.
This is unlikely - but yeah it would be a disaster. If somehow he would start - I may actually be serious worried about a 44 year old not used to physically playing for 5 years getting sent into permanent retirement by this defense.

Is it unethical to hit an old man, a father of ten, a grandfather? This is the type of question the Seahawks D now has to consider… 🤔

They couldn't get Bradshaw? We could beat Rivers on any of his best days. Wonder is he still has that shot put delivery?

I love this so much because this guy is such a competitor of course he's got a game left in there lol this is awesome. This is not a PC defense, the line up and play style a la the Texans - who remind me a lot of the lob(light), that can get upset by cerebral veteran qbs and good defenses. Rivers is the classic era vs the modern defense this is incredible lol.
