I predict no playoffs or Super Bowl because of Omicron

Ya, Omicron has been devastating to the younger generation who are in great physical shape. Also, the NFL will no longer test vaccinated players. Playoffs & Super Bowl will happen and on schedule.

Glad to know that the playoffs and Super Bowl will go on as planned now that you've weighed in. Feel much better.

I think Omicron is still associated with a single death. That’s rough to disrupt life over, really really tough. Just a bad situation.

Nope.

The NFL has not tested any players returning from covid for 90 days. So anyone returning now won't be tested.

NFL won't test vaccinated asymptomatic players either. Meaning not just them but anyone who can hide that with some OTC meds.

NFL is 96 percent vaccinated. I'd think most of the unvaxxed have gotten covid by now.

Lmao. LTH, I’ve been agreeing with a lot of yours lately too. Old account name was Elemas.

Much respect to you.

And I agree. I think we’ll overreact but soon realize that we’ll have to learn to live with this.

As the virus mutates, it should decrease in severity while becoming very effective in transmission.

I don’t mean to say that it’s not a problem. My family has lost a member to Covid and we’ve known a few others (associates, not close friends). I also had Covid last December and besides a few plane rides and mortar attacks (I’m retired military), it’s the closest to death I’ve been. 103.9 temp for almost 72 hours. I was sending insurance, survivor’s benefits, and will shit to my wife after day 2 of running that fever.

Hope you guys stay safe!

Omicron is a mild cold. So stupid we are still acting like this is any more dangerous than the flu. All the data coming in about omicron shows it vastly less deadly than pneumonia, yet we treat it like it's ebola.

Too much money to be made... Pfizer is still sending thank you cards for the 30 something billion profit last year from all the jabs...

It's funny actually... despite the fact Alec Baldwin has more kills than Omicron you'll still have people running out for the 8th booster...

SB brings in 600 million in revenue..............you can bet everything you own they're playing that bastard.

They'll round up homeless people off the streets of LA, dress them up in both team's uniforms and trot them out onto the field before they give up 600 million.

There has been a 288% increase in oxygen use in South Africa. This follows the uptick in hospitalizations. There has been some poor reporting thus far about the severity.

The bottom line is if hospitals can’t handle the load of people coming through the door there is a much greater chance of significant complications. Emergency medical staff are already overworked and overwhelmed. But you’ve got this figured out right?
