Defensively, they're way better. Against anyone else, we have the better offense. But for some reason Goff always plays great against the Seahawks. They've been unable to slow him down the last few years, even when the defense was miles better than it is now. So, I wouldn't say the Rams are the better team, but they're a nightmare matchup for us.

Seahawks are 2-4 against the Rams ever since Sean McVay became Head Coach.

The Rams are a team that always gives us fits.

We only won that other Rams game because of a missed gimmee FG. And winning that one required one of the greatest catches I have ever seen, as Lockett made that incredible EZ top tap catch in the corner. We also had to have a one-handed interception by TT (?). And we won by missed FG. At home.

We are very likely not winning this game.

If we lose, I won't freak out because losing to the Rams is expected.

Then we probably absolutely destroy the Cards in the next game.

QB- Seattle
RB- rams Bc injuries
WR- rams Bc they scheme better in terms of raw talent Seattle
Oline- draw
DLine- rams
LB - draw more rams Bc they will scheme KJ on a fast WR.
CB- rams even if jalen is hurt we have both starters probably out
Safety’s - this game rams once again schemes are going to force adams in coverage instead of the box
OC- rams
DC-rams
HC- Seattle has the better HC but mcvay will make better game plans and adjustments

I'll trade you Carroll for McVay straight up. And you get the new 5-year contract that comes with Carroll. And I'll even throw in Ken Norton to sweeten the pot.

As for how we beat the Rams? Pray.

We all know even though Goff has not been very good against everyone else this year, he's going to have a field day throwing to wide open receivers all day, and will put up 400+ yards on us like every other QB in the league is doing because Pete is either too stubborn or too stupid to adjust his schemes.

It will take another Herculean effort by RW for us to beat the Rams. The good news is, he typically follows up his bad games with great ones, so we have that going for us.

1.Stop their outside zone/stretch running game like they did against the 9ers.
2.Pressure Goff, he will turn the ball over(see Miami game)
3.Stop playing soft zone if your going to blitz, any quarterback will light you up with defenders 5 yards away from any receiver, even a shitty one like Goff.
4.Find a way to get Donald to eat a tainted pizza that gives him the runs like what happened to Jordan.
5.If Carson or Hyde are back run the rock just to get a little pressure of of RW3.

They will be fine, not saying Seattle won’t lose this game, they can lose to anyone not named the Jets, Giants or WFT, but the Rams aren’t that good. They’ve only beaten the NFC East and were smoked by San Fran and Miami who the hawks handled easy.

I expect a loss, but wouldnt be the least bit surprised if the Hawks won. Seriously, the Rams always give us fits, Goff will throw for 300+ and they will score in the 30's. Hawks are going to have to score in the high 30's or even 40's to win.

Goff has had four great games in a row against Seattle the last two years, so that's the question mark to me. I have some doubts that he will do it Sunday - he always torches Seattle + worst defense in the NFL = ?

Common sense says he has a great game, but idk - something is wrong with our offense this year, and it's been a whacky season overall.

I think it's pretty simple though - if he has a great game, well win.

Ive havent watched the Rams a whole bunch this year but what I have noticed is that Goff isn't as accurate as in past years... I' ve also noticed that the O as a unit are not dealing very well with the blitz... Im not really sure why or what's different maybe the run game isn't as good...

I think the Hawks think that blitzing is one of their strengths as they did get 7 sacks on Allen... I would think that The Rams will see some blitzing packages... The question is how do the Hawks scheme the secondary so they don't get torched by the screen which I'm 100 percent sure that Mcvay saw that in the game in Buffalo... also the run game could stop the blitz...

I think the Hawks D line is better than most think especially now they found a roster spot for snacks I dont think the Rams will be able to run effectively against the Hawks so in my mind the big Match up is our D vs your O as you are going to have to score more than 34 points which wasn't a problem last week... If the hawks D gets off the field on third down it's going to be a long day for the Rams

I think our Corners are going to be DJ Reed and Flowers Shaq isn't going to be back... that scares the crap out of most Seahawk fans but Reed played well against the niners and has had another full week to get situated... Flowers actually played decently against the Bills at least from what I saw... jury is still out on both those players but I think they are going to surprise most...I think the Hawks just coach them up and it works out...

Just my take

LTH

Seattle should definitely follow the Miami blueprint - Goff turns into an awful QB when pressured. That Miami game felt like we would have lost to a D2 college team if they zero blitzed us.

When he's clean, he's normally a "franchise" QB. The lone exception to that was the Niner game - they didn't pressure us nor cover particularly well - Goff (and Kupp) were just awful.

Goff looked good against the Bears, Eagles, and the FT. Just okay against the Cowboys and Giants. Bad against the Dolphins and Niners. Half terrible half great against the Bills.

So I don't know what we'll see. My hope is that his trend of playing well against Seattle continues, but I think it's far from a guarantee

That I see and agree with. Seattle will have to balance big plays with some clock management and control.

I think it will come down to our run game, pathetic last week. If we can figure that out, we should be good, unless Goff brings his A game, more the exception than the rule. Of course, it would also help if we could remember how to play defense.

While I’m hopeful for a Seahawks win, I’m anticipating another loss, but we’ll see what happens, this is all about our defense imo.

I'm calling it right now, not only will the rams drop 50 points, but they are going to run all over this D. Norton is so bad he will be preparing the D (Yeah Right) to stop the pass and the rams know this and will run the ball down our throats. Good ole Petey boy will say after the game we didn't except them to completely abandon the pass game.

Congrats, you predict a blow out loss. Impressive.
Why bother watching? I mean, they clearly are the JETS now...….

Yep, that's pretty rare for the Hawks to lose the turnover battle like that. Just about any team would have lost that game last week. The fact that almost nobody gives the Hawks a chance is strange to me. But, to each his/her own.
They absolutely have a chance on Sunday. The Rams are not exactly world beaters.

If I'm being objective...I think so. The Hawks are a top offense (top 3 perhaps?) but a HISTORICALLY BAD defense. Then you have the Rams who are I think at this time a top 6 offense? and top 3 defense. Combine that with what is the major strength for the Rams defense....Aaron Freaking Donald vs what has caused the offense for the Hawks to stall and make mistakes (pressure on RW). Then you take the Rams offense with McVay, Kupp and Goff (who is an above average QB) vs this pitiful defense against the pass. Yeah this is not a game that the Hawks should be favored. Because 1) there's nothing about the defense that says they're gonna suddenly hold their opponents to 14-20 points and the Rams defensive juggernaut who is Aaron Donald wrecks any team and QB he plays against.

I am predicting a Seahawks loss and a come to Jesus moment for this team after losing 2 in a row to make or break the remainder of the season.

If we can pressure Goff into some mistakes and turnovers, and we don't turn over the ball we will flat out win. If we play a clean game, our offense is more than capable of beating them. Still the #1 scoring offense in the league last I checked.
