If not that, he should be DFA'd as well.

Yup. Garver hasn't done squat overall. But again, they LOVE leftovers. That hasn't changed in years.

My opinion - Garver walks a ton, has clutch hits when he hits and can play
DH,1B,OF and is the backup CA.
I hate his average but I like him for some reason.
