I’m not trying to sound like a homer who’s had a few too many.
i know it’s Pre week 1.
But Third downs used to be give up downs for us. At least it felt that way with all the runs on 3 and 9 up the middle. It was almost like we had two downs on offense cause we wanted to be safe on third to punt for field position.
I know it’s vanilla, but Grubb has been excellent mixing it up on third down. With both Howell and Walker. I feel like we actually have three downs and a chance every time we hit third down.
Refreshing And hopefully lots to look forward to fellas.
