Bennett should not be surprising, he played lights out last year as well.

The above article directly compared Michael Bennett, Cliff Avril, and Michael Johnson during free agency last year, and Michael Bennett was easily the winner.

Summary:
Sacks + pressure percentages: Bennett 7.5%, Avril 6.71%, Johnson 6.83%
Stopping the run: Bennett 31.11%, Avril 20.73%, Johnson 12.5%

Clemons probably won't restructure , I see the Seahawks retaining Schoefield and cutting Clem.

Seahawks will let Avril finish out his contract, he's looked great in that Raheem Brock role.

The team will only keep 1 of Browner or Thurmond.

Red Bryant is super valuable, but is health and consistency will determine if he will be kept.

Miller doesn't need to take a paycut after this season as his contract reduces dramatically after this season but Sidney Rice will most likely have to restructure to remain a part of this team.

Bennett will be a Seahawk next year, if he really wants to be, he took less money to come back to Seattle, I don't see the Seahawks breaking out a big contract for a player so close to 30 but like I said if truly wants to be here and be a part of this, he will turn down some money.

Pretty much spot on. I believe that Browner will stay though. He is getting older and had a hamstring issue, I don't think people will want to pay him a whole lot and he won't have the success anywhere else that he has here. Plus, Pete rescued his career.

I think a lot of people are underestimating how tight the LOB is and how tight this team as a whole is. That's why Mebane is still here. And Red isn't going anywhere, he is the best at what he does and also loves this team and the city of Seattle. Mrs. Bryant would probably put a halt to any move unless the money were unreal.

And the other important thing is this, a lot of these players will not have the success on other teams that they have here. Without this kind of team, each individual's performance would suffer. Look at how good Tim McDonald is all of a sudden, do you think he just got better or is it that the offensive line is concentrating on other players? Admittedly, he is playing harder, I'm sure being cut and not having anyone pick him up lit a fire under his rear.
