He was the entirety of our offense for the first half until Walker started to take advantage of the defensive focus on stopping Geno (and, frankly, getting tired) in the second half.

Really gutsy performance, it's just too bad how it ended.

Geno was an absolute embarrassment the last two drives. Bryce Young would have looked less shaky in the red zone.

He has good games, but this was one of those ones where you leave unsurprised that he's like the league's fifth-oldest starter and has never won a playoff game.

Really? Dude has 400 yards and 38 first downs, and you are comparing him to Bryce Young?

Howell easily would have put up 400 yards too. Geno's yardage doesn't excuse whatever the hell it was he was doing in the red zone with the game on the line. 12 years in, he needs to be better than that.

Ban this troll. Geno is not the reason we lost. Geno didn't give up 42 points. Geno had a career day. Try something new for once and be objective or make at least a half-hearted attempt at some critical thinking instead of just being ridiculously reactionary.

A difference of opinion is no reason to ban someone, or call them a troll. Get over yourself and realize there's people with different opinions than you.

That's an impressive straw man. Nowhere did I claim Geno was 100% of the reason we lost. I'm just not excusing that pathetic showing in the red zone with the game on the line where he was lucky he wasn't picked off multiple times, and threw a horribly-uncatchable ball on fourth down after he had apparently thought that the play clock keeps going after it hits zero.

I'm more impressed with winning play than volume stats. I'll leave that stuff to fantasy nerds and the Big 12 commissioner.
