It's NOT run first. This is the time we pass , pass, pass.
They give up an average of 238 at HOME.

Keep RW in the (non-existent) "pocket".
If they have 8 men in the box - zone read run into the stacked box.
If they are blitzing - all deep routes that take 5+ seconds to read.
Defensive game plan:
Use LBs to cover their WRs.
DL all have 2-gap run responsibilities (since the LBs are in coverage). Since this helps negate pass rush effectiveness have a LB blitz every 10th snap.
Well then, because the Panthers would never expect it, Pete will go Pass Heavy. :curious:Jville":1vuf5s6a said:Just to clarify .................
Carolina's pass defense has been statistically competitive over the course of the season.
Where as Carolina's run defense efficiency has been the most generous in all the land ...... yielding a league leading average of 4.26 yards per carry ..... very generous.
Surely an invitation to make good use of the Seahawks run game and assertion of will.
We'll see

The sarcasm is strong in this one.
This single post captures the essence of almost every critical thread on this he board.
That said let’s watch and see if renofox was prescient.
I think the butt kicking the team took in LA will see a highly motivated team looking for their 7th road win of the year.
