Is there any guarantee the team will be sold in the next year or more?

It's for sale, but until there is an actual buyer, why wouldn't the team to continue to be managed the way it has been? Rumors need supporting documentation, or they're just someone's uninformed opinion (even if later substantiated).

Sounds like both K9 and Shaheed are testing the FA market and I'll be honest I'm okay with it (sad but okay). they can still come back but it will be unlikely

If Horton could magically come back 100% and John would draft a stud RB we would be golden. That would save enough cap $ to sign the rest into the fold and not to have to go bargain basement on outside FA's.
Can you say roadgrader RG?

If it was a guarantee that Horton would come back 100% and stay healthy, then I wouldn't sweat it if Sheed left.

But it's not a guarantee.

If we can't get K9 back, then get Sheed back.

I'm not expecting K9 back so I like Rico Dowdle and Rachaad White as an option. After that I'd say try and bring back your own. Not sure if we have a ton of money after that and extensions on Witherspoon and JSN.

The WR position is an actual deep draft class. A lot of dudes that moves like Shaheed as well.

Yeah I agree with this.

I posted that comment before getting the news that Sheed is going to test the waters.

Plus, I heard his agent wanted 18-20 mil per. I'm like "GTFO of here!".

John should look at Jets OLineman Alijah Vera-Tucker (26, OG) who has started every position but center.

Also Connor McGovern Bills 28, who has started all IOL spots.

Either would be a huge upgrade at RG and provide great versatility without breaking the bank too much.

Projects can only be projects so long and our OLine needs to take the next step. Especially with the RB situation.

Who do you want to come in from free agency. I know it doesn't mean we will sign him and I know our cap situation with people to sign. I still want to Your dream wish list.

I'll go first with me thinking of the cap down the road

1. Rico Dowdle (RB)
2. Marshon Lattimore (CB)
3. John Simpson (G)
4. Azeez Ojulari (DE)
5. Quay Walker (OLB)
I'm sad John Simpson went to the ravens I think he would have been a huge upgrade. I'm only okay with Lattimore if he is cheap on a 1 year deal. I never thought we would resign Coby, or K9
