I humbly beg to differ; only a handful of Geno Smith fanboys claimed that Geno's a top-10 QB.

Maybe. I saw enough chatter on this board discussing it that I extrapolated out to a more "forgiving" general fanbase (i.e., fans that aren't analyzing the team 365 days a year). In any event, the national media seems like they're a lot higher on Geno and his general value now that he's not here any more.

Can anyone find me any preseason article, Prognostication, predictions, guesses or any other information that was actually spot on and 100% correct heading into any season? I’ll wait…

200

….pretty much what I figured. Mediots and prognosticators are exactly like assholes. Everyone has one. How many of these geniuses had the Eagles winning the Super Bowl? How many had Washington doing as well as they did. There are always the ones claiming that this is the Cowboys year. If I remember correctly, most had the Seahawks around 3-5 wins. Like every year. How many predictions of 10 wins and second in the NFC West were there last year at this time?

If these kind of things really bother any of you, I highly recommend chilling out and just enjoying the process and journey.

And if any of y’all are wondering, my Seahawks prediction is undefeated and undisputed champions of the next Owl!

12-5 is the logical result after perusing .NET, but I will tolerate 11-6 in case of injury etc. Not acceptable? Anything less than 12-5, or our defense failed to finish top 5.
